In Gladstone the BARRA season has started since the beginning of February but some local fish market won’t touch any fish caught in this region due to the sick creatures. One of the owners of the local market says that the fish are getting sick due to the port development. The argument was about that (GPS) the Gladstone Ports Corporation need to provide financial cost to the Gladstone’s fishing industry. The inhabitants of this region have been hit hard by this event.
