Production Description: Individually wrapped hake fillets.
These fillets are individually wrapped and plate frozen in the final packaging by a contact / plate freezer.

SIZE GRADING:
In most cases we can meet the clients specific gradings requirements allowing for a minimum of 15gram tolerance either way,
Common grading are: 60 - 90grams; 90 - 110grams; 110 - 130grams; 130 -150grams; 150 - 170grams.
WRAPPING:
Each fillet is individually wrapped in a blue tint polyethylene pouch.
PACK SIZE:
Generally our pack size is a 5kgs pack, but variations of this can agreed on the clients needs.
