Production Description: Individually quick frozen hake fillets.
These fillets are individually quick frozen by means of a spiral freezer.

SIZE GRADING:
In most cases we can meet the clients specific gradings requirements allowing for a minimum of 15grams tolerance either way. Common grading are: 60 - 90grams; 90 -110grams; 110 - 130grams; 130 -150grams; 150 - 170grams.
GLAZE:
Dry frozen: 0%Glaze
Protective glaze: 3 - 5% protective glaze 100% net weight fully compensated.
Glaze: 10% glaze Compensated / Non Compensated
Product can be glazed up to 15% in live with customer requirement.
PACK SIZE:
Generally our pack size is a 5kgs pack, but variations of this can agreed on the clients needs.
