These fillets are made by fusing two skinless fillets together.

These fillets are individually quick frozen by means of a spiral freezer.

SIZE GRADING:

In most cases we can meet the clients specific grading requirements allowing for a minimum of 10 gram tolerance either way.

Common gradings are: 60-90 ; 90-110 ; 110-130 ; 130-150

GLAZE:

Dry frozen: 0 % glaze

Protective glaze: 3-5% protective glaze 100% net weight fully compensated.

Glaze: 10 % glaze None compensated.

PACK SIZE:

Generally our pack size is a 5 kg pack, but variations of this can be agreed on to meet the clients needs.
