PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Individually quick frozen hake fillets Portions.

These are portions of a fillet cut from the tail end (Tail fillet) or the nape end of the fillet.

These fillet portions are individually quick frozen by means of a spiral freezer.

SIZE GRADING:

In most cases we can meet the client’s specific grading requirements allowing for a minimum of 15 gram tolerance either way.

Common gradings are: 80-100g ; 110–130g ; 120-140

GLAZE:

Dry frozen : 0 % glaze

Protective glaze: 3-5% protective glaze 100% net weight fully compensated.

Glaze: 10 % glaze Compensated or Non compensated.

Glaze 15% glaze Compensated or Non compensated.

PACK SIZE:

Generally our pack size is a 5 kg pack, but variations of this can be agreed on to meet the clients needs.
