PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Individually quick frozen formed hake portions in cavity trays.

These are portions of skinless fillet pieces moulded in cavity trays.

These cavity trays are individually quick frozen by means of a spiral freezer.

The cavity trays are shipped in a master carton ready for further packing by the client.

FORMAT VARIATIONS:

There are various forms of cavity trays available.

The most common being the 4 up, 5 up, 6 up, and 8 up cavity tray.

The 4 up cavity tray with a trapezoid shape is also very popular.

SIZE GRADING:

In most cases we can meet the clients specific grading requirements.

Common gradings are: 5 x 80g ; 5 x 100g ; 4 x 100g ;

GLAZE:

Dry frozen : 0 % glaze

Protective glaze: 3% protective glaze 100% net weight fully compensated.

PACK SIZE: These products are bulk packed in master cartons. Pack weight will vary depending on the product.
